Thank you for choosing Harrow & Finley. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. In the unlikely event that you need to return or exchange a product, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the candle or product must be unused, in it’s original packaging, in the same condition as when it was received. Customized or personalized candles cannot be returned unless there is a manufacture defect or error on our part.
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. If thirty days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately , we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service by email with in the return period.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase with in a reasonable time frame. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Exchanges: Exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection of item will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective product please contact our customer service immediately, providing details and any relevant photos. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or refunding the purchase price, including applicable shipping costs.
